Over the past several decades we have shown an extraordinary amount of growth. Today, we have over 400 employees scattered throughout Ohio. Our employees are the heart of our company. Without their skills, dedication and hard work, we could not have accomplished any of our achievements. We would not be where we are today without our employees.

As such, we value each of our employees. We have many different ways to encourage personal growth and training, and we offer several awards to recognize and show our appreciation for every member of the V-Team.  Throughout the year, we organize several social and recreational events for our employees.
