Our state-registered and nationally recognized program trains the next generation of electricians, HVAC technicians, high-voltage specialists, pipefitters, and sheet metal workers. Through a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training, you’ll gain the skills, knowledge, and certifications needed for a high-paying, lifelong career—all while being mentored by industry pros.

Our 4-year apprenticeship programs are state-registered with the Ohio Apprenticeship Council, and our 3-year program is accredited through Northwest Lineman College.
Hands-On Training & Classroom Learning
🔹Real-World Experience: Get 2,000+ hours of hands-on training each year, working on actual job sites alongside industry pros.
🔹Classroom & Labs: Build your skills with top-notch training through Northwest Lineman College (High Voltage) and NCCER curriculum (Electrical & Mechanical), with 144+ hours of classroom instruction annually.
Competitive Pay & Growth
🔹Starting Rate: $20 – $23/hour (varies by trade)
🔹Earn up to: $30 – $43/hour upon completion
🔹Apprentices will be eligible for rate increases throughout the program
Your Path to a Certified Career
Upon completing the program, you’ll become a journeyperson in your trade. 4-year program graduates receive a Certificate of Completion from the State of Ohio and Vaughn Industries, while 3-year program graduates earn a 600-hour Line Worker Certification from Northwest Lineman College and Vaughn Industries.
