What happens when you trade the classroom for the jobsite?

For our summer interns, it means stepping into a world where ideas become reality, challenges become opportunities, and every day offers something new to learn.

At Vaughn Industries, internships are about more than gaining experience. They’re about gaining perspective.

This summer, our interns have stepped onto active jobsites, into fabrication facilities, through VDC coordination meetings, and alongside the skilled professionals who help power communities, build critical infrastructure, and bring complex projects to life. They’ve seen firsthand that growth happens when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone.

Along the way, they’ve asked questions, built relationships, solved problems, and discovered strengths they didn’t know they had. Some gained confidence in their technical abilities. Others learned the value of collaboration, communication, and seeing the bigger picture.

While every internship experience is unique, one thing remains the same: the opportunity to learn from people who are passionate about what they do and invested in helping others succeed.
