The Ohio State University’s completion of the North Residential District Transformation (NRDT) was the largest project to date in the school’s history. The 1.1 million square foot of new construction included eight new residence halls and reinforces the Second – Year Transformational Experience Program (STEP), allowing freshman and sophomores to live on campus.
