Pipe prefabrication utilizes sophisticated planning and engineering to provide ready-to-install pipe spools along with a variety of pipe related items including steam pressure reducing stations, pump headers, pre-piped skid mounted equipment, and more. Our capabilities include cutting, welding, grooving, brazing, soldering, and threading of multiple piping material types such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and PVC.  Our highly skilled fabricators and inhouse certified weld inspector (CWI) ensures only top-quality products leave our shop.

Electrical Prefabrication

Working in conjunction with our CAD/BIM/VDC team, our prefabricated services are the solution to the traditional schedule impacts associated with material lead times, weather delays and availability of labor resources.  Achieving this takes place in our 13,000 Sq. Ft. climate controlled shop.  This dedicated space allows us to focus on producing a variety of prefabricated assemblies that minimizes material cost, enhances quality control and safety measures while maximizing our install efficiencies in the field.  Our Pre-Fab department is focused on SOLUTIONS, not issues.  

High Voltage Substation  Prefabrication

Utilizing the same concept in commercial pre-fabrication, Vaughn Industries has expanded our scope and resources to also include High Voltage pre-fabrication.  We utilize our VDC Team to scan existing high voltage systems to capture dimensions to design and pre-fab the components in a controlled environment on the ground.  This technique improves safety, efficiency and the schedule, while reducing cost, waste and labor hours.
